There are days when I wake up and go for daily motions. I make coffee then sit down at my computer to do my work. I’ll usually workout in the evening, make dinner. Then watch my favourite movie, go to bed. The next day ? Wake up and do it all over again and again.

Especially in the pandemic I started to feel nervous about my career. It feels like dreams, goals are buried somewhere. The good news is we are not alone in this situation. Every person feels the same as everyone stuck as there is no personal development.

Personal development is basically works on every person looking inward and focusing on ways to better yourself and it helps in developing self-awareness, self- esteem, increment your skills and accomplish your aspirations.

Personal development enclose all aspects of your life not just career development or self- development. This will help person in enhancing personal growth .




AREAS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

When it comes to personal development, every person basic needs to be fulfilled in order to reach its full potential. Therefore, to reach its highest level of self-awareness, self-confidence, self-realization and their growth people need to see all the areas of personal development.

MENTAL

Mental development works when people exercise their brain and stay mentally fit during their critical times. Doing coaching, learn new opportunities by getting proper training and growth of career. To exemplify, nowadays I am doing website development course which is related to my career which helps my mind to stay creative.

In other words, doing regular training aid people with creativeness and their mind cannot backlash from their work. Moreover, one can also relax their mind by taking appropriate rest which is more important than mental exercise and if your mental fitness revamp so does your innovation, awareness and flexibility.

SOCIAL

Social development is also play an important role in developing person mind by connecting people via phone or chat. This enhances communication skills, problem solving, relationship building and gives person ability to receive and send feedback.

Therefore, indulging your time with people who has gained experience and has strong communication will boost our social development. Humans are social creature and they need the connection to learn and grow.

SPIRITUAL

Spirituality means that person has their own understanding of world around them and this is very deep. It helps person to fully understand themselves and discover their values.

Personal growth and development also comes from spirituality and it is important to recognize it.

EMOTIONAL

Emotional personal development always goes hand in hand with emotional activities person do in their mean time. In other words, emotional development means how person understand their feelings and how these feelings shape our thoughts into actions.

There are number of experiences we will see in our life which is related to emotions. These emotional development helps us to gain appropriate experience in enhancing our career and learning new skills.

PHYSICAL

There is an elemental link between physical, mental and emotional well being. This aspect of personal development focused on physical fitness like nutrition, sleep, exercise, and the movement of the person.

When our physical self is nourished, it is likely that our mind is also fulfilling the requirements we are lacking. We can get awesome results when our body and mind feels the same.

There are numerous benefits of personal development which enhances person body, mind and inner self which is most effective way to increase confidence as well as awareness.

Whether you are playing, swimming, jogging or walking people need a good nutrition to fuel their body. The taking of useful amount of food which is rich in protein and other nourishments is nutrition.

Nutrition is a three way process in which the first thing is to consume food or drink. Secondly, the body breaks the food which is made into nutrients and in third process the nutrients travel to all parts of the body and provide fuel and other nourishments.

To keep our body active all day around we need to eat and drink proper and key nutrients.


 As we talk about fitness it also plays a paramount role in maintaining a good level of optimal performance which enhances strength, endurance and helps reduce stress.

Being physically fit depends on how we are exercising and fulfilling basic training level like stretching which is important before the exercise.

When we regularly exercise one can see changes in their body and in some ways one can implement their cardiorespiratory performance.


TYPES OF NUTRIENTS

There are seven types of nutrients human need that is essential for their well being.

1.    Carbohydrate

       Carbohydrates are also known as carbs which is distinguished as the number of carbohydrates are there in some of the food items like rice, noodles, bread, grain-based products etc, are rich in carbs.

This is because these product breaks down carbs into glucose which gives a support towards body and brain functioning.

Consuming carbohydrates manage body weights and gives individual fuller for a long time. For example, people who wanted to reduce their weight prefer supplement which has no carbohydrate in it.





  Protein

Protein plays a major role in formation of muscle in our body. It is a group of molecules that form amino acids. For our body’s protein 10 were consumed by the diet we have taken by the protein rich foods.

Foods that are rich in protein includes eggs, meat, diary products, beans, and nuts which would fulfill protein requirements in the body.


  Fats

Fats are essential part for the body because they are known to absorb energy towards all body parts and gives vitamins. They also protect organs from damage.

There are two types of fats known that is saturated fats and unsaturated fats. In saturated fats food includes seafood, cheese, coconut oil and chocolate which is low in calories and is always healthier.

As for unsaturated fats food like avocados and salmon are natural sources of rich protein.


  Water

Water is also important part for the body and humans need to drink at least 2 litres of water everyday to get enough energy and it helps to regulate body temperature in our body.

Moreover, water helps to remove bad bacteria out from our body and reduce the risk of cystitis.

5.    Minerals

Minerals are micro-nutrients which helps by giving nutrients like phosphorus, chloride, magnesium, and calcium which gives strong bones and maintaining healthy lifestyle for humans.


6.    Fibres

Fibres is also useful as they does not contain calories. However, foods like vegetables, wheat, multi vitamin bread which are rich source of protein have less number of calories which is good for our digestive system.

7.    Vitamins

There are many forms of vitamins like vitamin D, A, E and K which are water soluble whereas, some vitamin are stored in the body cells like vitaminB12, B6, thiamin and vitamin C.


TYPES OF FITNESS

There are number of ways to improve our body functioning, performance and endurance. Each of these areas represent ways to workout in consistent hard work and dedication serving the body. Here some fitness types aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness, joint flexibility, strength & endurance and balanced workout routine.

·       AEROBIC FITNESS

Aerobic fitness is also known as cardiovascular fitness which is related to the functioning of heart and lungs properly. They have the ability to improve muscle tissue with oxygen rich blood.

It is often considered most important type of physical fitness due to high level of health benefit it offers. It targets the muscle’s ability to produce energy for movement.

There are many benefits of aerobic fitness like it helps in lowering of blood pressure, improves sleep, improve brain power and helps in body weight management.



·       ANAEROBIC FITNESS

Anaerobic fitness is related to powerful burst of exercise which is usually weight lifting which enhances strength, endurance and power in the body.

Exercise related to anaerobic fitness which person immense speed and strength and these exercise can be performed with a special technique with small movement during the whole process.

There are five exercise related to this fitness are weight lifting, sprinting, increased muscle power, isometrics and high intensity interval training.



·       JOINT FLEXIBILITY

Joint flexibility is a type of fitness which can work with the right movement which increases person range of movements in a series of joints.

It will vary person to person but if done on daily basis it can be helpful in changing the movement of the joint in the right direction.

They have better results like less injuries during workout and increases strength.

·       MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE

Muscular strength is another type of fitness which is related to muscle density allowing athletes to perform more repetitions to lift more weights.

It enhances person ability to work against resistance by giving maximum force.

Strength and endurance training is used to increase bone density and has a positive impact on our body as it aids with muscle mass and weight effectively.

·       MAINTAINING BALANCES ROUTINE

Maintain balanced routine is sometime difficult task as one has to balance their workouts as well as their diet plan. In this situation personal trainer is the best choice one can take.

Balance routine works with proper timing of intakes we are taking during our workout and it also shows us the exact time when we used to take our meal because by this we can get results.

In this world everyone is busy but utilizing some time in balancing your diet and workout timing will implement betterment in our life.
